Mattor is managed by Jean-Paul Van de Velde who graduated as a lawyer from the University of Antwerp, obtained a “Master in Corporate tax” and gained his Postgraduate in Management at the University of Leuven. Since 15 years he is assisting many companies in their international expansion worldwide and has been in contact with many law and tax systems all over the world. He was involved in various M&A deals with venture capitalists.
We apply a transparent and clear fee structure. Both a fixed fee structure as invoicing on an hourly rate is possible.
As far as possible, we try to provide you with on-line advice. However a personal meeting or advice by phone is always possible.
